To remove data we hold about you, enter the email address of the TryFaceFind account you used to run your searches. We can only locate and delete information that is tied to a verified account, so the email must match the account you used. We process valid requests within 30 days.
TryFaceFind is a search tool — we do not host any images and we do not own the index that searches run against. If a photo of you appears on an external website or in a third-party search index and you do not have an account with us, that content is not stored by us. To have it removed at the source, please contact the website where the image is posted and the third-party index provider directly.
