We want you to be satisfied with TryFaceFind. This policy explains when a purchase is eligible for a refund. It applies to one-time purchases and to subscription charges.
You may request a refund within 30 days of the charge you are asking us to review. Requests made after 30 days fall outside our standard refund window.
Because each search consumes a paid credit and incurs a real cost the moment it runs, a charge is not eligible for a refund once the credit from that charge has been used to run a search. In other words, if you have already received your search results, the service has been delivered and that charge is non-refundable.
You can cancel an active subscription at any time and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. A renewal charge is refundable if no search was run during the billing period it paid for. Past billing periods that have already been used are not refundable.
Outside of the cases above, we review every request individually and in good faith. If something went wrong on our side — a failed search, a duplicate charge, or a billing error — contact us and we will make it right.
Email facefindteam@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or include the last 4 digits of your card and the approximate charge date so we can locate your purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.
To cancel a subscription yourself, use the Manage Account · Cancel link in the footer of any page.
If you found your own image in our results and want it removed, that is a privacy request, not a refund — please use our opt-out form.
